Weird picture I know. I forgot to take a picture of the completed spaghetti squash I made, so I took a picture of the nearly empty shell of spaghetti squash so you could see the strands of squash that look very similar to spaghetti. At 57 years old, this is the first time I ever made or ate spaghetti squash. (Thanks to my friend Marsha for suggesting it.) I thought it was great with marinara sauce on it and it definitely had a similarity to spaghetti. I put it in a crockpot on low for 8 hours (make sure to poke holes in it). That’s really it, when you get home, just cut the squash in half and start pulling the squash out of the shell with a fork so it becomes stringy. Easy and healthy and something different for a change.
